Treating neglected tropical diseases

Lymphatic filariasis, schistosomiasis and trachoma are just a few of the debilitating diseases that affect more than one-sixth of the world’s population. We helped the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) reach its 2014 milestone of delivering one billion treatments for neglected tropical diseases through providing more than 820 million treatments in five African countries (Burkina Faso, Ghana, Niger, Sierra Leone and Togo) and six Asian countries (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and Vietnam) since 2010.
